I live in the Huon Valley, where I take my inspiration from the changing seasons and colours of the Tasmanian landscape. I regularly hike in Southwest Tasmania, exploring the majestic and yet vulnerable wilderness.
Through the making of art, my relationship with nature grows and deepens. The magic of nature offers an encounter with both lyrical beauty and an unpredictable powerful force. I believe it is the tension between what is familiar and the unknown that widens our consciousness and our understanding of the world around us.
